Your FREE 4 week group experience led by local holistic health expert Melisa Jermin

Starting 28th September, your FREE 4 week introduction to Meditation and Mindfulness for inner peace and unshakeable self-belief. This small group experience is led by holistic health champion Melisa Jermin and is held at Horfield Library to give you easy access and a supportive local community of people on a similar path.

Do you feel like:

·         Thoughts are causing you to feel overwhelmed and stressed and this is affecting your daily life?

·         You are tired and exhausted by thoughts, worries and fears?

·         It’s difficult to concentrate and remember things as there’s so much going on?

·         You do jobs automatically without being aware of what you are doing?

·         Your mind won’t stay still once you get to bed at night?

If this sounds like you, then do join me for 4 free classes where I will introduce you to some easy to do and empowering meditation and mindfulness practices.

These classes will help you to see that it is possible to:

  • Reduce the feelings of stress and worry

  • Feel more in control of your thoughts

  • Increase your resilience to everyday challenges

  • Improve your energy levels

  • Improve your memory and concentration

  • Enhance your creativity

So, that you can feel more in control of your thoughts and start showing up in your life again. You will see that being mindful could help you to experience the joy in your life once again.

What will I discover?

Over the 4 classes we will explore

1.       What mindfulness and meditation is and debunk the myths.

2.       How to be present in your life

3.       Practical mindfulness, looking at how you can bring mindfulness into your everyday life and tasks.

4.       Quick and simple techniques to help you to bring feelings of calm and some breathing space for those difficulty moments we all face or when you just want to react.

5.       Seeing your thoughts as just thoughts and nothing more.

6.       Some quick and easy self care practices that could make a big difference

What can I expect?

The classes are informal and you don’t need any previous experience.

It will be a quiet, welcoming  and non-judgemental space where you will have the opportunity to relax and explore being present and focussing on the now, rather than worrying about the past and future.

We will sit on chairs, in the most comfortable position for you, so you won’t be expected to sit cross legged on the floor!

I will also ask you to fill in a very short form/questionnaire prior to a class, in line with my professional association’s guidelines. You can read my Privacy notice here.
